I've never owned a ring I cared to wear much. Stones were too fragile; bands were boring. But I was surfing the 'net last month, armed with a gift card, and the positive reviews led me to this product.The customer service from Rumors was excellent. First of all, they shipped to a post office box, which not all vendors do, and the ring arrived in good time. Although I thought I had measured correctly, the ring I ordered was too large. I sent it back with a brief note and at no extra charge they promptly exchanged it for a smaller ring, which I am wearing as I type.The ring itself is striking. The review by Seana James mentioned that the inlay was mistaken for sapphires, and indeed the illusion of depth is remarkable. My supervisor guessed at blue topaz and some other stone I don't remember. The titanium is bright and shiny. I wore it to work every day this week, and the smooth finish and low profile make it very comfortable. I pull on and take off gloves literally a hundred time or more per day at work - I'm in the recycling biz - and the ring never got in the way. Most importantly, the titanium band is hypoallergenic, and since my skin reacts badly to a wide range of jewelry materials that's my crucial test for daily wear.My only quibbles with this product are that the country of manufacture isn't listed, and the the grade of titanium ("medical" or "aircraft") isn't specified. But now if I'm trapped in an underwater drilling rig and a door between me and safety is closing, I can emulate Ed Harris and keep it open with my titanium ring. Come on, if you saw "The Abyss" you were thinking of that too.The ring is great, but the sizing is not accurate. The first time around, I ordered a 9 1/2. When it arrived, it was too large, so I ordered another in size 9. When the size 9 arrived, it was exactly the same size as the 9 1/2 that I ordered the first time around.I purchased this for my husband as his wedding band. It is as beautiful as the picture and he constantly gets compliments on how wonderfully unique his wedding band is. The sizing it true to standards and the shape is comfortable enough that it only took him about 3 days to adjust to wearing the only ring he's ever worn for more than a day at a time.We didn't have any problems with our order and it arrived right on time.I was reluctant to write the review, as I did not want to provoke the seller to raise the price. That's part of the charm here: this ring looks very expensive. I have received many compliments. For those of us who think paying a lot for essentially a piece of metal is absurd, this is the way to go.We love these rings- sizing is a little weird but worth the effort for the moneyThis ring is beautiful. The blue carbon fiber inlay looks great. I would recommended this ring to any gentlemen. It was better than the picture.My husband loves it and gets so many compliments.After losing weight needed a new ring and this fit the bill. Looks great & fits perfect (8mm).
